Xehar has found a way to increase conversion for app purchases by simply removing the function of the shopping cart, says Hadari Oshri, founder and CEO of Xehar. Website and app owners deal with the reality of shopping cart abandonment. According to
Baymard Institute, a web research company in the UK, 67.45% of online shopping carts are abandoned. That means for every 100 potential customers, 67 of them will leave without purchasing. Baymards study is a collection of 22 different studies containing statistics on e-commerce shopping cart abandonment.
